1. Your account
One account per person. You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. Accounts created to abuse cashback (self-referrals, fake orders, bulk cancellations) will be closed and balances forfeited.
2. How cashback is earned
Cashback is only payable when a store reports a valid, completed transaction that originated from a click on Vpayback. We report the rates advertised by our partner networks; rates can change without notice and the rate at click time applies.
3. Tracking and validation
Every offer lists an expected tracking time and validation period. Cashback stays pending until the store confirms it. Cancelled, returned, partially refunded or fraudulent orders are declined.
4. Missing cashback
You may raise a missing cashback claim after the stated tracking time has passed and within 60 days of the order. We will chase the store, but the store's decision is final.
5. Withdrawals
Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn to a verified UPI ID or bank account once the minimum threshold is reached. Payouts are processed in batches and may take a few business days.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
